zonder means without — in Dutch, the word for stripping away what doesn't serve the work.

Most studios add layers: handoffs, decks, tools, process for its own sake. We take the opposite view. The best product work happens without distance between research and code, without design and development in separate rooms, and without AI bolted on at the end instead of built in from the start.

Agile by design

We work in small, focused cycles so every decision stays close to the people who will use the product. Research, prototype, ship, repeat, scale — one continuous loop, not a waterfall dressed in workshops.

Agentic by default

We build AI-native products — intelligence designed into the product from the start, not features added after launch. Agentic workflows are how we work day to day; AI-native products are what we deliver — researched, prototyped, shipped, and scaled end to end.
